The Curated Hearth was built through the web page publishing media known as Wix. Wix has no direct relationship with Users-of-Users whose Personal Information it processes. If you are a visitor, user or customer of any of our Users, and would like to make any requests or queries regarding your Personal Information, please contact such User(s) directly. Wix is considered a “Processor.” The Curated Hearth is also referenced as “User” in these statements. For example, if you wish to request to access, correct, amend, or delete inaccurate Personal Information processed by Wix on behalf of its Users, please direct your query to the relevant User, The Curated Hearth, (who is the “Controller” of such data). Wix may collect, store and process certain Personal Information of Users-of-Users (“Users-of-Users Information”), solely on The Curated Hearth’s behalf and at our direction.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
